Dubai water canal has recently been inaugurated in the United Arab Emirates. It begins at old Creek and ends up in the Arabian Gulf. Sheikh Zayed Road is also crossed on the course.

THE TIMING OF THE DUBAI WATER CANAL

DUBAI WATER CANAL ACCESS AND PARKING
Sheikh Zayed Road is the main route that links to the canal. When going south on this path, use Exit 47 just later the bridge. At that moment, proceed to drive on the exact track. To get to Al Habtoor City, use this link. At that location, there is plenty of room for parking.
Having a metro station nearby and a water canal in the heart of the city makes it easy to get around. Business Bay is the closest metro location to the water canal. Getting out at the Business Bay station and walking down Sheikh Zayed Road will bring you to the water canal. With a lift, you’ll be able to get to the water canal promenade right off of the bridge! It’s estimated that nearby are approximately 1600 parking spaces blowout through the water canal.
You can also take a Dubai Ferry from Al Ghubaiba and Marina. As of now, there are six ferry terminals operating at Dubai Canal, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marasi, Al Wajeha Al Maeyah, Dubai Design District, and Al Jaddaf, respectively. And 3 additional locations are in the works. Up to $25 for a ferry ride depends on the zones and the class you choose to take.

EXERCISE AND RELAX
There are numerous running tracks, walkways, cycling lanes, and more in the region around the water canal where you may get your daily dose of exercise. In addition, there are numerous spots where you may sit, rest, and take in the views of the city. For another enjoyable experience, you may take a stroll along the canal’s 5 footpath bridges. A total of three of these bridges span the canal, each with its own set of sidewalks for strolling. There is a separate bike route on one of the bridges. The multi-colored waterfall, which occurs between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., can also be viewed.
ABRA RIDE
In order to see the water canal from the comfort of an abra, you should take a ride. Traditionally, bras were used to transport people and goods throughout Dubai’s history. This abra now evokes a sense of the past and provides a window into the history of the city they once stood on. The abra tours on the Dubai Water Canal begin at the Sheikh Zayed Road Station and run for 45 minutes. As you travel across the city, you’ll be able to see the breathtaking skyline and some of Dubai’s most famous architectural landmarks. Drinks like water and soda are also included in the abra’s fare.

The cruises on the Dubai Canal are a favorite pastime for many visitors. Some of the firms in the city that offer these tours include Rayna Tours and Arabian Adventures.
DHOW CRUISE DINNER
On the water canal, have a dhow boat meal for an unforgettable experience. Beginning at Dubai Festival City Mall, the 2- to 2.5-kilometer dhow cruise takes you through the JW Marquis, Business Bay Bridge, Westin, and Safa Park sites. The renowned Burj Khalifa would be seen from afar as well. It’s hard to beat the feeling you get when your traditional dhow sail on Dubai’s canal passes beneath a pedestrian bridge demonstrated after San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge. When it detects the dhow passing through it, the waterfall stops falling and resumes once the show has gone through it. YACHT CRUISE
Yacht cruises along Dubai’s Water Canal are a luxurious way to see the city. In the Marasi Business Bay, there are floating restaurants, cafes, and water homes. You could rent a yacht for a few hours and take a leisurely cruise around here. The luxurious furnishings of the boat provide the perfect setting for a pleasant sail. From the Cheese Building, Burj Al Arab to Business Bay District to Burj Khalifa you can see it all. There is also a wide variety of cuisines available depending on what time of day you choose to dine. If you’re in town for a special occasion, nothing beats a boat cruise down Dubai Water Canal.
WATERFALL IN DUBAI WATER CANAL.
The Sheikh Zayed Road Bridge’s waterfall is a major draw for visitors to the canal. The bridge side that looks gone from Al Habtoor City is where it is. Purple and blue LEDs light up this waterfall in a mesmerizing fashion. When a boat consents under the bridge, sensors detect it and open the waterfall as if it were a curtain. When the boat has departed and is too far away, the waterfall reopens. A total of 80 water pumps are used to draw the canal water out.

Dubai Water Canal will beat Dubai Marina in every way as soon as the expansion near the water canal is completed. There are three major developments in the works, comprising the Gate Towers, Jumeirah, and The Peninsula. One of these will be a retail store with a rooftop garden and park, covering an area of 300,000 square kilometers on three stories. Adding a mile of beach to the Jumeirah Beach Park will be made possible by a new peninsula that will join the existing park.

The canal is crossed by three pedestrian bridges: There is a footbridge that has an uncanny resemblance to the Golden Gate Bridge. Safa Park’s Tolerance Bridge joins the park’s two halves. Safa Park also features a massive lagoon in addition to the water channel.
After dark, take a stroll along Dubai’s famous Water Canal Boardwalk. A jogging path can be found here as well. As more people discover the canal-side path, it is becoming a more popular jogging route.
Three canal-crossing bridges can be reached through the promenade. Standing on these bridges, you’ll be mesmerized by the rainbow-hued cascade that opens up to the boats as they approach.
DUBAI WATER CANAL FOOTBRIDGES
People who enjoy walking will find the canal to be a wonderful location. We’ve done everything we can to make it easier for those who arrive on foot. There are five-foot bridges that cross the canal in all. One of these is the 200-meter-long Tolerance Bridge, which is formed like an S.
They’re all stunning examples of architecture, and each one has a unique design. From two gigantic Y-shaped piers, the 120-meter Safa Bridge soars high above the city. The bridge’s floor is supported by metal cables attached to the piers. One of these bridges has the appearance of an intertwined column made up of squares.
All footbridges save the Tolerance Bridge have an elevator to the top level. Bicyclists prefer the sloping curve of the Tolerance Bridge.
DUBAI CANAL RESTAURANTS

A GUIDE TO THE DUBAI WATER CANAL
While visiting the Dubai Water Canal, here are some things to bear in mind:
- Visitors to the Dubai Water Canal, including those on a boat or an abra ride, can dress casually. Keep in mind, however, that you should avoid flashing too much skin. The greatest option is to dress modestly.
- Smart charging stations can be found everywhere along the canal, allowing you to keep your electrical gadgets charged while you stroll.
- Elevators are located on both sides of each of the canal’s pedestrian bridges. One parking lot beneath Sheikh Zayed Road Bridge has plenty of space to spare if you’re going to the water canal.
- The water canal may be easily accessed through the metro. When using the metro, you must take the red line toward the UAE Exchange and exit at Business Bay Station to reach the UAE Exchange. If you want to get to the water canal, you’ll have to walk toward the Sheikh Zayed Road Bridge and ride the lift there.
