Hot Air Balloon Desert Safari

Overview

Watch the desert wake up beneath you on this pre-dawn Hot Air Balloon Desert Safari. After an early pickup, ascend in a hot air balloon for a peaceful, roughly 45-60 minute flight over the dunes as the sun rises across the horizon — an entirely different perspective from any dune-bashing tour. Back on the ground, enjoy a champagne breakfast at a desert camp, followed by a falconry demonstration and the chance to meet camels at a nearby farm.

Highlights

• 45-60 minute hot air balloon flight over the desert at sunrise
• Champagne breakfast at a desert camp
• Live falconry demonstration

Know Before You Go

• Flights depart very early, typically with a 4:30-5:00 AM hotel pickup — plan accordingly.
• Flights are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or refunded if conditions are unsafe for ballooning.
• Not recommended for pregnant women, young children below the operator's minimum age, or those with mobility restrictions (the basket requires stepping in/out).
• Dress in layers — early mornings in the desert can be cool before sunrise.
